About Me

Born and raised in NY, I decided about a year ago to move to greener pastures (literally). I now call home on a 1 acre plot in Southern New Jersey. It’s quiet, green and beautiful AND the house is an awesome mid century ranch home built in 1962 (I love anything mid-century). The perfect backdrop to create culinary confections.

I am currently studying Baking and Pastry at The Art Institute of Philadelphia and following a dream of mine – something many years in the making. I just want to create desserts – in any capacity I can.

I love you. I’m proud of you. You’re funny, talented, beautiful, and I think you should marry that huge hunk who hangs around you all the time with the super-talented camera… Oh, wait, you did that part already! ;-)))

More recipes, PLEASE. You write well and I’m engaged by both the writing AND the recipes. Would LOVE to have an offline conversation with you about what you’re beginning here. It’s fantastic!

Can’t wait to try the oreos, maybe this weekend. We were JUST talking about them! I bet these taste more like my 50-year old tastebuds remember… The ones now are 2 warm-black, textured, chocoate-related plastic discs with white smooth HFCS-sweetened plastic paste non-holding them togethher. UGH.

Thanks for what you bring, Love, in every way. Many Blissings and ROCK ON!
